In these sessions, we’ll focus on foundational lifts such as squats, deadlifts, and presses, combined with accessory movements and conditioning to ensure balanced muscle development and overall fitness.

Class Days/ Times: Monday-Friday @ 6am, Monday-Thursday @ 7am, Tuesday-Thursday @ 5:30pm

About the coach

Melissa Valdez is a strength and conditioning coach with over 10 years of experience in personal training and sports performance. She holds a B.A. in Exercise and Sports Science, an M.A. in Sports Management, and certifications as an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Barbell Rehab Method Specialist. Melissa is passionate about helping clients achieve physical and mental wellness through progressive strength training and creating inclusive spaces where everyone can build confidence in movement. Drawing from her background as a former rugby and Brazilian jiu jitsu athlete, she uses her expertise and personal journey to inspire and guide others. Currently, she is training for Strongman, focusing on strength, recovery, and building a healthy, resilient body.
