Get expert coaching and support anywhere in the world. Our online coaching program delivers the same comprehensive approach as our in-person training, with added flexibility and convenience.

  • Weekly Check-In Calls: 30-minute virtual coaching sessions via Google Meet

1:1 Personal Training

Transform your fitness journey with personalized attention and expert guidance. Our one-on-one training goes beyond just counting reps – it's a comprehensive approach to building strength, improving movement, and enhancing your quality of life.

What to Expect

  • Comprehensive Initial Consultation: We begin with an in-depth virtual meeting to understand your goals, lifestyle, nutrition habits, exercise history, and any physical limitations or concerns.

  • Movement Assessment: Your first session includes a thorough movement assessment to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

  • Personalized Training: Each 60-minute session is tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Small Group Training

Experience the perfect blend of personalized attention and group motivation. Our small group training sessions offer an effective, engaging way to build strength and improve fitness in a supportive environment.

What to Expect
  • Limited Group Size: Max 6 participants ensures individual attention

  • Structured Programming

    • Compound strength movements (squat, bench, deadlift, or overhead press variations)

    • Functional bodybuilding accessories

    • Strategic conditioning finishers

  • Schedule:

    • Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM

    • Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM

    • Tuesday-Thursday: 5:30 PM

    • Saturday: 8:30 AM 

  • Location: Grinder Gym
